This Anti-Spam Policy explains how Draper Company Ltd. ("Lighter Lending," "we," "us," or "our") approaches commercial email and text-message communications. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, E-Consent, and Terms of Use.


1. Our Commitment

We are committed to permission-based communications. We do not send unsolicited bulk commercial email ("spam"), and we contact you only on the basis of the consent you provide or as otherwise permitted by law. We also require the Partners in our network to honor your communication choices.


2. Consent Basis

When you submit your information through our forms, you provide consent to be contacted as described at the point of collection and in our Privacy Policy. For calls and text messages, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by Lighter Lending and our Partners at the number you provide, including by autodialer and prerecorded or artificial voice and by SMS, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.


3. CAN-SPAM Compliance

For commercial email, we comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, including by:

  • using accurate "From," "To," and routing information that identifies the sender;
  • using subject lines that are not deceptive and that reflect the content of the message;
  • identifying the message as an advertisement where required;
  • including a valid physical postal address; and
  • providing a clear and conspicuous way to opt out of future commercial email, and honoring opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law.

4. SMS / Text Messages

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from a given sender; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts from Lighter Lending stops future texts from us. Partners who already received your information are separate businesses; you may need to opt out with each Partner directly.


5. How to Opt Out

You can manage or withdraw your communication preferences at any time:

  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Reply STOP to any text message.
  • Submit a request through our Unsubscribe / Manage Preferences page.
  • Email us at privacy@lighterlending.com with the email address or phone number to remove.

We maintain suppression records so that your opt-out is honored on an ongoing basis. Where required by law, we also honor a Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information.


6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe you have received a message from or on behalf of Lighter Lending that does not comply with this Policy or applicable law, please contact us at privacy@lighterlending.com so we can investigate.
