This Advertiser Disclosure explains how Draper Company Ltd. ("Lighter Lending," "we," "us," or "our") is compensated and how that compensation may affect what you see. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. We Are a Marketing and Lead Generation Service

Lighter Lending is not a lender, bank, loan broker, or debt-relief provider. We do not make credit decisions and do not issue, fund, or service loans. We operate an online platform that connects consumers with third-party lenders, lending marketplaces, debt-relief and debt-settlement providers, and other financial-service and marketing partners (collectively, "Partners").

2. How We Are Compensated

Our service is free to you. We are compensated by Partners, including on a per-lead, per-click, per-call, or per-funded-loan basis, when we refer consumers to them. The compensation we receive may vary by Partner and by product.

3. How Compensation Affects What You See

Because we are compensated by Partners, this compensation may influence which Partners are presented to you, whether they are presented, and in what order. We do not present every lender, debt-relief provider, or product available in the market, and the offers you are shown may not reflect the best terms available to you. The presence or position of any Partner is not an endorsement or a recommendation, and is not a measure of that Partner's suitability for your situation.

We encourage you to compare multiple offers independently and to read all terms, rates, and fees before accepting any loan or enrolling in any program.

4. No Offer or Guarantee

Submitting your information is a request to be matched and is not an application for credit, an offer of credit, or a guarantee that you will be contacted, matched, approved, or offered any loan, program, amount, rate, or term. Any loan or program is provided solely by a Partner under that Partner's own terms and conditions.

5. Rates and Terms

We do not set interest rates, Annual Percentage Rates (APRs), fees, or terms. Those are determined by Partners, vary by applicant and by state, and are subject to each Partner's underwriting and applicable law. Any rates or examples shown on the Site are illustrative only, are not an offer, and do not reflect your actual terms.
